Mr. Michael Petritsch is an educated engineer with over fifteen years of experience in project and construction management. He has worked on different projects across multiple continents with companies like Andritz, Shell, BASF Stora Enso, GEA Diessel, Novo Nordisk, Voith and Spimaco. Due to his strong PM and CM experience he is able to oversee the scope of any given project. He is excellent at leading and the management of all basic design, engineering, construction, maintenance, qualification/validation, start up and turnarounds, as well as excellent planning and scheduling of all projects phases. This also includes excellent knowledge of all phases of a project including scope development, detailed design, purchasing, construction to project close-out and commissioning. As well as relevant experience from working on special projects, which includes group management at a significant scope with changes and claims to the projects.
He has been responsible for managing construction teams including first line supervisors, safety, quality and project controls across complexes such as refineries, chemicals, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, bio pharma, laboratories and process equipment. Management of subcontractors in case of MEP and civil responsibility for clean utilities, HVAC, MEP, process equipment and all related commissioning/validation and qualification work. The previous managed projects varied greatly in size with manpower between 100 and up to 600 people. Due to this he has a very good relationship to a lot of well-known suppliers of process equipment in pulp and paper, chemicals, energy, pharma and biopharma industry.
